Milk Protein Concentrates and Milk Protein Isolates (MPC's and MPI's) are proteins derived from liquid skim milk that have been concentrated to the desired protein levels, followed by a spray drying process.


Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) are non-digestible carbohydrates produced from lactose (a component of milk) through an enzymatic process. GOS has a long history of use in countries such as the United States, Japan, The European Union, Australia and New Zealand.


Vitalus’ Cream products are made from 100% fresh milk using a centrifugal separation process. Both pasteurized creams and whipping creams are Kosher certified.
