It all starts at the source with fresh, pure and exceptionally clean milk from Canadian dairy farms. In Canada, regulators rigorously inspect and test milk on every farm to guarantee milk never leaves the farm unless proven free of antibiotics, pesticides, and other harmful contaminants. Federal law also prohibits the use of growth hormone (rBST). The result is milk of unmatched quality.
In our plants, the cream is first separated from fresh whole milk. The skim milk enters a low heat ultrafiltration process to concentrate and purify the proteins. The final products are milk proteins ranging in concentration between seventy and ninety percent, with the same 80:20 casein to whey ration found in natural milk. These offer a multitude of functional and nutritional benefits.
