Vitalus Nutrition’s cream products are made from 100% fresh milk using a centrifugal separation process. All our products do not contain genetically modified organisms (GMOs). We only source our milk from farms in Canada, where the use of antibiotics in cows is strictly monitored. Milk is tested both at the farms and at the dairy processing plants to ensure it is free from antibiotic residues before use in our manufacturing plant.

Vitalus Nutrition’s Pasteurized Cream and Whipping Cream are also Kosher certified.

Cream Product Applications

Product Application:

When cream is used as a food ingredient, it adds a rich thick taste to the food product. It can also improve mouth-feel and melting properties in food application. Cream is primarily used in dairy processing for production of items such as yogurt, sour cream, cream cheese, cottage cheese and ice cream. Whipping cream is used in production of bakery desserts such as cakes, mousses, meringues, pies and frostings.
