Vitalus has taken a proactive approach to minimize the impact of COVID-19. Our priority is the health and safety of our people, our customers, and our stakeholders. In response to the current environment, we are following the expert guidelines and direction from WHO, Government of Canada, BC Public Health and BC CDC. Vitalus has taken the following actions:     

• Implemented mandatory enhancements to our hygiene practices 
• Established temporary travel guidelines and return to work protocol 
• Activated a cross–functional response team to address the ongoing situation. 
• Stabilized medium–longer term supply availability to ensure uninterrupted operations.  

Vitalus is committed to taking every measure necessary to minimize disruption and continue delivering the same level of customer care you are accustomed to, during this period of uncertainty.
