Overnight Carrot Cake Oats
23 g of protein and 12 g of VITAGOS™ per serving of 313 g.
Yield: 2 servings.


• 1 1/2 cup of milk of choice†
• 1 cup of quick oats
• 1/2 cup of finely grated carrot
• 20 g of Milk Protein Concentrate 85 (MPC 1850)
• 12 g of VITAGOS™
• 3 tablespoons of unsweetened shredded coconut
• 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
• 2 teaspoons of maple syrup
• 1 1/2 teaspoons of ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


1. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl.
2. Add the carrot and wet ingredients and mix well.
3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

a. The maple syrup can be replaced by other sweeteners such a honey or agave syrup.
b. The porridge should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 3 days.
c. VITAGOS™ is a source of dietary fiber. As tolerance varies from individual to individual, it is recommended to not exceed two servings of porridge a day.
